“SPI” Tanks for the preparation
The BULLMECH “SPI” solution preparation tanks are designed to guarantee maximum mixing efficiency without lumps formation, which causes considerable problems in the subsequent stages of the process. The tanks are all made of stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316 depending on the pH of the preparation to be used) and are designed to allow easy cleaning and reduced maintenance.
They are also equipped with load cells that let the weighing of the components during the preparation phase with extreme precision and that make it possible to always have the quantity of product inside the tank under control. In this way it is possible to set any safety thresholds to avoid finishing the preparation and having to stop the process.
